The Levi L. Smith Scholarship fund, named in honor of TMR’s founder, was established in 1990 to commemorate TMR’s 25th anniversary. Since then, the endowment has provided the means for part-time students to continue their education. Recipients of the six-credit TMR scholarships are chosen based on their financial need, academic record, and interest in public or social service, reflecting TMR’s purpose and mission.
